MurrayandMe Jewellery

MurrayandMe x Milk Making Mama

Important update : Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak some necklaces will have a delay in production.

For our bespoke jewellery collection I have chosen to collaborate with the Manchester-based MurrayandMe. Owner Selina's craftswomanship is beyond compare. She handcrafts solid yet elegant high-quality pieces made from sterling silver, 9ct yellow gold and 9ct rose gold.

I am so proud to offer my  signature 'Liquid Love' print to personalise your jewellery. As well as names, dates, letters to create a truly unique piece.

Every purchase donates £1 to Tommy’s baby charity, a cause close to Selina's heart, to help support bereaved parents as well as provide research into baby loss.

Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you love your piece of MurrayandMe jewellery but if for any reason you don't, please do contact us to see if we can help.

Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or a refund on personalised items -unless they are faulty. We will however remake or refund your item if we have made a mistake or if your item arrives damaged - but please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order if this is the case.

Should you wish to return your item (for cleaning, exchange or refund) you will be responsible for your returns package until it arrives. So please ensure you send safely to avoid any loss or damage and obtain proof of postage.

Your Personalisation
Each personalised item is made to your specifications, we will stamp exactly what you request so please check, check and check again before submitting your order.

Changes to Personalisation
We can't guarantee that we can amend your order/personalisations as we may have already begun work on your piece. Contact us as soon as possible.

Handstamping Technique
Please note that the personalisation is hand stamped rather than machine engraved. Each letter, number and symbol is individually stamped into the metal by hand with a hammer and steel stamp, variations between spacing and depth will occur which gives each piece its truly unique character.

Additional Info
All pieces made from sterling silver, 9ct yellow gold and 9ct rose gold are hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office.

None of the pieces are intended to be worn by children. So we would ask that you don't gift these pieces to anybody under the age of 18.

All orders will arrive beautifully presented in a branded gift box with complimentary polishing cloth and jewellery care instructions.

As with anything precious to you, your jewellery has to be looked after too. Precious metals don't like perfumes, chlorine, lotions, hairsprays, etc. These can cause damage and discolouration or tarnishing to your jewellery.

As your jewellery is exposed to skin, oils, and air, a natural discolouration will occur over time. So wipe it down occasionally with a polishing cloth. Try not to wear your jewellery in the bath or to bed, or even when exercising, as this can cause unreasonable wear and tear.

The best way to care for your jewellery when you're not wearing it is to keep it in an air right box.
